Shipping policy

We are excited to share that all orders over $150 will be free. All other orders will be subject to shipping fee’s which will be calculated at the time of check out. Please note we work closely with our couriers to ensure we are providing the best rates we can. In light of the current supply chain challenges and COVID-19 impacts we have seen an increase in shipping rates but will always do our very best to ensure you, our favorite customer feels the impact as little as possible. Orders placed with Economy shipping will ship within 1—3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM EST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 11:00AM EST Monday—Friday will be shipped same day and deliver on the next business day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 11:00AM EST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Urban Luxe Lifestyles secure account or via the track order link on our contact us page . Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update. If for any reason your order is impacted by delays or cancelled, you will receive a notification. There may be delays out of our control due to weather or Holidays.

We are only offering Domestic Shipping currently but hope to take Urban Luxe Lifestyles international very soon, stay tuned!

Return and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges for domestic orders within the US and we will provide you a prepaid return label via email.

You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 10 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 10 days from the return request date the label cost of $10 will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Shipping costs paid for the initial order will not be refunded at this time.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Please email us at within 30 days from your order date, please be sure to include your order number and reason for the return. Once the return or exchange has been initiated you will receive an email with your return label and instructions.

Yes. You can do so when you submit a request for a return label. During the Return Request process, you will be able to choose if you want a store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. Refer to above shipping policy for return shipment timing requirements to receive full refund to original form of payment

Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. If you choose to return for store credit, your credit will be available in your account for immediate use as soon as the return is processed.

Please send an email to within the first 5 days of receiving or a refund cannot be guaranteed . In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.
